TURMERIC – Often referred to as the “Queen of Spices,” turmeric contains a wide range of antioxidant, antiviral, antibacterial, antifungal, anti-carcinogenic, anti- mutagenic and anti-inflammatory properties, and is loaded with healthy nutrients.
- 2 inch piece turmeric
- 2 inch piece ginger
- 1 tsp. honey
- coconut water to taste
- Put turmeric and ginger through juicer.
- Add honey and desired amount of coconut water and stir well.
- Drink immediately, or store in a sealed mason jar for maximum 24 hours (only recommended if using a masticating juicer).
